Ginny has been working in the field of nutrition and fitness for over seventeen years. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her internship at the University of Chicago Wellness Center. She also holds a master’s degree in Nutrition Marketing & Communications.  

Ginny is a registered dietetic nutritionist (RDN) and a certified specialist in sports dietetics. Her credentials include, Certified Personal Trainer, with emphasis on functional fitness training, weight management, sports conditioning, and cancer exercise specialist.

She offers nutrition & fitness coaching to athletes, executives, and families. She is nutrition educator and lectures at nutrition seminars such as Chicago Nutrition Association, Florida Dietetic Association and fitness conventions.

Ginny co-authored a children’s book called “What Color is a Pickle Pie”, a fun colorful story that encourages children to eat their fruits and vegetables. Ginny is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bay Area Dietetics Association, SCAN {sports cardiovascular and nutrition} Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Food & Culinary Dietetics Practice Group, and is a member of the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine.
