Born and raised in Marin County, I have always loved athletics and being outdoors. Before graduating high school, despite being active and eating relatively healthy, I weighed well over 200 pounds, could barely run a mile without being fatigued, and was extremely uncomfortable with in my own body; I needed change.
I joined a gym and changed my diet, all done at a pace I could handle. I did my best to educate myself on the necessary changes but it wasn’t until I started working with a trainer that I saw true results. It changed my attitude and outlook. I was inspired by the gift that I was given.
My passion is working with people to achieve the results they want to see. Due to my own health struggles in the past, I understand the challenge of making a change and following through on that vision. I believe that health is not only a physical state but a physiological and emotional one as well. I see it as my purpose to help individuals staying focused and motivated for the right reasons.
