Gary’s education is quite varied with a B.A. in Art, a minor in Italian, a year of sport medicine at Pepperdine another year of motor development at Palomar College. Gary also studied martial arts for 20 years, earned a black belt and has taught for many years. His other teaching experience include pre-school substitute teaching and working in group homes for 7 years.
He also has certifications as a personal trainer and in weight training with AFAA. Gary had continued to hone his skills while working as a personal trainer since 1998. Gary particularly enjoys working with people who are just getting started in the fitness world. He also has extensive experience working with people with physical therapy and rehabilitation programs.
